Guided by our brilliant instructors, you’ll move through curated classes that challenge your body and uplift your spirit, all while deepening your understanding of yoga and yourself. With a focus on mental health and mindfulness, this challenge is just the stepping stone to building a long-lasting, nurturing routine ❤️

Where: Gnarabup Yoga Studio - 1 Restort Place

What: Simply attend 3 classes a week for 4 weeks, dive into your personal journey with weekly journaling questions (your secret thoughts—no sharing required!) and explore our newest class offering Melodic Meditations to go in the draw to win a major prize pack worth over $1,000 - each participant also receives a gift bag of goodies to support you on this journey!

What to Expect:

Throughout the challenge, you'll engage in:

  • Weekly Themes: Each week will focus on a unique theme—such as grounding, resilience, self-love, and gratitude—helping you explore various aspects of your emotional and physical journey.

  • Guided Classes: Enjoy a selection of specially curated classes, including Yin, Restore, Vinyasa, and Melodic Meditations, tailored to support each week’s theme and enhance your experience.

  • Mindfulness Practices: engage in meditation, journaling, and mantras designed to deepen your self-awareness and foster a lasting connection to your practice. With a focus on mental health and mindfulness, this challenge is just the stepping stone to building a long-lasting, nurturing routine ❤️

  • Community Support: Connect with fellow participants, share your journey, and support each other as you navigate this month together.

  • Unlimited access to all yoga classes from Nov 4-30

New Students this challenge is for you! You won't find a cheaper way to explore our offerings and community. This special rate is available to new students who have never held a membership or class pass with our studio.


Fortnightly Members $20

Everyone Else
(current and past students) $200

All active passes can be paused during the dates of the challenge (Nov 4-Nov 30), and will restart upon completion so you don't lose out on any quality time on the mat! This includes class packs, our regular Intro Offer, monthly unlimited and weekly passes.

1 Entry will be given to all participants who:

  2. Complete the weekly personal growth journaling exercises (self guided - nobody will read these but you)

​​​​Terms and Conditions:

To be eligible for the Grand Prize, participants must:

  • Attend 3 classes per week for all 4 weeks of the challenge and complete weekly journaling questions (self guided - nobody will read these but you) 

  • Engage actively in community discussions and support fellow participants

Bonus entries for each of the following:

  • Attend all 4 Melodic Meditations (Tuesdays 6-7pm)

  • Share your experience on socials and tag us

  • Leave Gnarabup Yoga Studio a Google review during your journey

  • Competition dates: Monday Nov 4th - Saturday Nov 30, winner will be drawn out of a hat at the end-of-challenge event Saturday afternoon, Nov 30th.

  • Grand Prize and Runner-Up: Free membership begins Dec 1st and cannot be paused or transferred. All Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
